What size excavator do the JB PF6 pallet forks fit?
The PF6 is designed for excavators in the 6–10 tonne class, including the Kubota KX080-3/4, Hitachi ZX80/ZX85, JCB 86C-1, and Takeuchi TB280/TB290. The full JB range covers 1.5 to 20 tonne machines if you need a different size.
What pin configurations does the PF6 come in?
The PF6 is available in three configurations: a 50mm standard (50mm pin dia., 300mm centres, 200mm internal width), a 3CX/JCB standard (45mm pin dia., 343mm centres, 175mm internal width), and a fully custom option to your own dimensions. The first two options ship within 1–2 days; custom orders take around 8–10 working days.
Are the PF6 forks CE and HSE compliant?
Yes – the PF6 comes with a CE Declaration of Conformity and is fully HSE compliant, so you can use it on UK sites with confidence and meet your lifting safety obligations.
Can I adjust the fork width?
Yes. The tines slide left and right along the frame, so you can quickly set the spacing to suit different pallet sizes without needing any tools.
Is a cage available for the PF6?
Yes – an optional bolt-on cage can be added for handling tall or unstable loads. It's compatible with the PF4, PF6, PF10, and PF20 models.

How quickly will the PF6 be delivered?
For standard 50mm and 3CX configurations, orders are typically dispatched in 1–2 days and delivered within 24–48 hours of dispatch to UK mainland addresses. Custom dimension orders take 8–10 working days to manufacture and dispatch. Contact us if you have an urgent requirement.
IMPORTANT UPDATE: ORDERS
Order Processing
All orders received before 12 noon/midday on a given working day will be processed the same day – All orders placed after 12 noon/midday will be processed on the next working day. (e.g. Orders placed on a Friday at 13.00 will be processed on the following Monday morning)
Order Fulfilment
We will endeavour to supply all orders once placed within 48 hours of the order being processed if the item is held in stock.
There will be occasions when some of our items will be under stock replenishment/ manufacture cycles for such items these orders will be processed within 7-10 days. Machine Serve Parts Department will email to advise if this is the case, or contact parts@machineserve.co.uk or call 01837 682610 to clarify in advance.
Saturday Delivery
Please contact us for a delivery quote if you would like to upgrade your order to a Saturday service.
Remote Delivery
Please note some remote UK locations are 48 hour minimum delivery, we cannot guarantee Next Day Delivery for these areas. Please be advised that locations such as the Scottish Highlands, may incur a delivery surcharge. Contact us prior to purchasing if you’re unsure as to whether this will effect you.
Faulty Goods
All goods are brand new unless otherwise stated. If an item arrives damaged or faulty then it must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot refund any items that have been damaged due to misuse, wear and tear or accidents. Please contact us with your order reference for more details.
Non-Faulty Goods
If you ordered an item incorrectly then you are welcome to return it for a refund or exchange. These must be returned to us in original condition and in the original packaging within 30 days of receipt. Please contact our support team with your order reference for more information.
Warranty
All our products are covered by a manufacturers guarantee of 1 year unless otherwise stated. This covers faulty materials/workmanship. It does not cover general wear and tear or damage. All product warranties are subject to the manufacturers terms and conditions. Machine Serve is only a retailer of good and services, all individual product warranty claims will be managed by the manufacturer. We will be happy to help you contact the appropriate company & assist as necessary. However we are not responsible for any product directly and the manufacturers decision is final.
